Andre Bernovski is a classical guitarist who was born in Belarus, grew up in Israel and is currently living in Germany.

He developed a passion for music from an early age on. At the age of six, he started playing the piano but switched to the guitar three years later. He had actually always wanted to play the guitar, however, it was only possible to start playing it at the age of nine.

After moving to Israel, he continued taking guitar lessons at the municipal music school in Beer-Sheva for the next three years. At the age of 14, he started studying with his future professor, Yoram Zerbib, the famous Israeli classical guitarist and professor at the Jerusalem Academy of Music.

One day after completing his military service, Andre started his studies as an audio engineer which was followed by his studies of classical guitar at the Conservatory in Jerusalem. In 2015 he graduated from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and moved to Germany where he has been working as a guitar instructor and has been giving concerts since.

Already as a child, he took part in several contests where he won prizes. In addition, he also won an award at the America-Israel Cultural Foundation. In addition, he participated in various masterclasses with guitarists such as Roland Dyens, Aniello Desiderio, Tilman Hoppstock, Alexandre Vinitsky and many others. His repertoire comprises solo pieces, duos and ensembles of different epochs, e.g. From Baroque: J. Dowland, J.S.Bach, as well as many other composers from the 19th and 20th century: J. Rodrigo, A. Piazzolla, A. Jose, A.M. Barrios, I. Albeniz, H. Villa-Lobos and many others.

Also modern composers of the 21st century are included: R.Dyens, L.Yekutieli and many more.
